The Employer, Job Seeker and/or Career Counselor at anytime after receiving the first newsletter and advertisement may opt out of the newsletter by pressing on the remove link at the bottom of the newsletter. If at any time CollegeJobBoard.com changes its e-mail newsletter provider all Employers, Job Seekers and/or Career Counselors that have created an account on CollegeJobBoard.com and have kept their profile information on CollegeJobBoard.com agree to receive an e-mail informing them that CollegeJobBoard.com has changed e-mail newsletter provider. Also, if at any time CollegeJobBoard.com changes its e-mail newsletter provider all Employers, Job Seekers and/or Career Counselors that have created an account on CollegeJobBoard.com and have kept their profile information on CollegeJobBoard.com agree to receive a new weekly e-mail newsletter and weekly advertisement which they may then remove themselves from at any time. All Employers, Job Seekers and/or Career Counselors agree that they will receive this e-mail newsletter and weekly advertisement from the new e-mail newsletter provider, even if they opted to be removed from the prior e-mail newsletter, until they remove themselves from this new e-mail newsletter and weekly advertisement. CollegeJobBoard.com is a free service to all Job Seekers and Career Counselors, and offers many free services to Employers, and much of the cost is offset by advertisers paying to be in our weekly newsletter and our weekly advertisements, therefore CollegeJobBoard reserves the right to cancel the account of any employer, jobseeker and/or career counselors that opts out of our weekly newsletters or weekly advertisement. REFUND POLICIES
You understand that the CollegeJobBoard.com service will commence as soon as CollegeJoBboard.com receives and processes your initial payment. You agree that any statutory right to withdraw from the CollegeJoBboard.com service will be waived as soon as the CollegeJoBboard.com service commences. If you cancel your CollegeJoBboard.com within 3 business days from date of purchase, CollegeJoBboard.com will provide a full refund. If however, you cancel your CollegeJoBBoard.com account thereafter you will not be entitled to any refund of fees. All Employers, Job Seekers and/or Career Counselors creating an account on CollegeJobBoard.com at any time may remove their own profile information and cancel their account on CollegeJobBoard.com. RESUMES FROM THIRD PARTIES If you are a jobseeker and your resume is sent to CollegeJobBoard through a third party i.e.... your school, resume service, resume broadcasting service, the US Department of Labor, a Department of Employment and Training etc.. you agree to all CollegeJobBoard.com terms. Please note that if your put into CollegeJobBoard from a third party no profile or account is made in CollegeJobBoard.com and it is the Job Seekers sole responsibility to create their own profile and search agents. These jobseekers must contact this third party to have themselves removed from their list. These jobseekers must contact CollegeJobBoard by e-mailing us at Contactus@CollegeJobBoard.com to request that their resume be removed from CollegeJobBoard. These jobseekers may simply press on the remove link at the bottom of the CollegeJobBoard newsletter to stop receiving future newsletters and advertisements. We are a unofficial Internet based Job Board for all students and alumni of every College, University, Graduate School, High School, Adult Educational and Vocational School in the United States herein called “schools”. Employers may in no event contact a job seeker for any reason except to initiate communication regarding a bona fide employment opportunity. Users may in no event contact other users, whether employers, job candidates or others, for any other purpose. In no event may any user respond to an employer or a job candidate regarding an employment advertisement by any means of communication other than that means of communication specified in the listing on the Web Site. There are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing and communicating with strangers, with persons outside the jurisdiction of the United States, with minors or with persons acting under false pretenses. User assumes all risks associated with such dealing or communications and with the use of the Web Site generally. We will not gather any information on anyone under the age of 16. To keep a greater level of security, all job seekers under the age of 18 may not place a profile, resume, e-mail address, or any identifiable information into CollegeJobBoard.com, and only individuals over the age of 16 may use CollegeJobBoard.com. If it is discovered that a job seeker under the age of 18 does not abide by the above-mentioned rules CollegeJobBoard.com will take appropriate actions. All job seekers under the age of 18 may contact any employer only if the job seeker is under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian during any and all contacts; this includes telephone calls, e-mails, letters, and personal contacts. The job seeker’s parent or guardian must accompany all personal contacts between any job seeker under the age of 18 and a potential employer. Violations of any of the above may result in civil or criminal liability. CollegeJobBoard.com will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Respond to any employment opportunity on CollegeJobBoard.com for any reason other than to apply for the job. Communications soliciting the employer's business by our competitors are prohibited. 12. Post to CollegeJobBoard.com any franchise, pyramid scheme, or "club membership", 13. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity. 14. Print out or otherwise copy or use any personally identifiable information about employees or business information about employers. Unsolicited e-mail, telephone calls, mailings or other contacts to posting individuals and companies are prohibited. Web Site Security Rules. By accessing CollegeJobBoard.com all job seekers agree to the following: that they are a student or alumnus of the school under which the jobs are posted. We encourage every school to use the password protection option given to them by CollegeJobBoard.com. If a school does not use the CollegeJobBoard.com password option and leaves their school specific section password unprotected the entire CollegeJobBoard.com site will still have the highest level of security, but we will have no way of authenticating users as students or alumni of a specific school. We are relying on the schools, students, and alumni to help us monitor all of our sections. If there is a job seeker that has falsified their affiliation with a particular school or if an employer has an inappropriate job posting administrators at every school have been given a code to immediately correct the situation by removing the information. CollegeJobBoard.com can also be contacted at Contactus@CollegeJobBoard.com to correct the situation by removing the information. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of CollegeJobBoard.com, including, without limitation, (i) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which such user is not authorized to access, (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (iii) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of overloading, "flooding", "mail bombing" or "crashing", or (iv) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions or advertising of products or services, or (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of CollegeJobBoard.com or the network security may result in civil or criminal liability. CollegeJobBoard.com will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Your Grants. By submitting (e.g., uploading) Content to CollegeJobBoard.com, you automatically grant CollegeJobBoard.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify (to comport with CollegeJobBoard.com), adapt, publish, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without restriction or compensation. However, you agree that CollegeJobBoard.com and/or any school that CollegeJobBoard.com allows, may monitor the CollegeJobBoard.com Contents to (1) comply with any school regulations or policies, applicable laws, regulations or other government requests; (2) to operate CollegeJobBoard.com properly or to protect itself and its users and Members; and (3) for such other purposes as it may deem reasonably necessary or appropriate from time to time. CollegeJobBoard.com and every school that uses our CollegeJobBoard.com Gumshoe Recruiter section reserves the right to modify, reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to its System that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or in violation of these terms and conditions, and any terms and conditions of individual schools. Information Collection. We will not gather any information on anyone under the age of 18. For job seekers over the age of 18: the very nature of the service CollegeJobBoard.com requires that we gather, process, use and distribute information which you provide directly (e.g., name, physical address, e-mail address, resume, school information etc.), as well as information regarding the manner in which you use CollegeJobBoard.com. While the use of our privacy features should provide you with a degree of control over the distribution of information you submit, CollegeJobBoard.com cannot guarantee that your information will be prevented from being viewed by any particular party. If you have directly submitted information and you want to remove it, and you are unable to remove it yourself, and would like us to remove it from our database, please contact us at Contactus@CollegeJobBoard.com and we will use reasonable efforts to help you delete your information from our then existing files.
